Return & Refund Policy

1. Shipping & Customs Duties (Important) We offer Free Shipping on our products. However, please be aware that import duties, local taxes, and VAT are NOT included in the item price.

  • Buyer’s Responsibility: All customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will be collected by your local customs authority upon delivery.

  • Check Before You Buy: Customs policies vary widely by country. Please check with your local customs office for estimated costs before placing an order.

2. Refused Shipments (Due to Customs Fees) If a package is refused by the buyer due to customs duties/taxes or for any other reason:

  • Refund Deduction: We will deduct the actual round-trip shipping costs (original shipping cost incurred by us + return shipping cost) and any administrative fees from your refund.

  • Abandonment: If the cost of returning the package exceeds the value of the goods and the package is abandoned by the courier, no refund will be issued.

3. Return Policy (Change of Mind) We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

  • Return Shipping: Since the initial shipping was free, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.

  • We will cover all shipping costs for exchanging defective units.

  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund immediately after confirming the defect.

5. Final Sale Items Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are proven to be defective.

6. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund.
